Before The Viet Concept, I was in corporate hospitality, living a stable and predictable life. I chose to step away from that certainty to pursue something uncertain, guided by instinct rather than guarantees.

Hospitality taught me that everything begins with care for the guest, the experience, and the people behind the scenes. When I began this entrepreneurial journey, I carried only two non negotiables with me: to always deliver the best experience by truly solving problems for our customers, and to respect our designers, their craft, and their journey.

Born into a family with limited means and access to education, this journey has always been about more than building a business. It is about giving back and creating meaningful impact for our communities.

Through The Viet Foundation, we turn purpose into action and ensure that what we build reaches beyond ourselves.
