  • Please contact our Care Team within 14 days of receiving your order with your Order ID and an unboxing video showing the issue.

  • Every piece is quality-checked and recorded before shipment.
  • If a verified defect occurs, we’ll gladly offer an exchange for the same design (subject to availability).
